My third week of cooking class was amazing. We went to a well known gelato place in Florence & were taught the steps of how to make gelato :)

egg yolk, sugar, cream/milk. red wine (that goes on the strawberries) and vanilla

My Contemporary Italian cooking class is DEFINITELY, by far my favorite class here :)
